We are so grateful to have found Lindsey Lee. We were desperate after trying a few different tutors and night after night of tears, yelling, avoiding homework and our daughter feeling overall defeat with school. When she first entered our home, there was an instant connection with our daughter. Lindsey was a joy to welcome into our home communicating with us on our daughter’s progress or any concerns regularly. She helped her keep track of her assignments and upcoming tests, was more than happy to provide extra time if necessary to provide our daughter the support she needed. Lindsey has an ability to connect with kids, bring fun into learning, and understands the struggles of those with attention difficulties and the extra support they need. The only reason we did not continue Lindsey’s tutoring support is that our ADHD/dyslexic daughter was accepted at The Fletcher School. Mrs. Lindsey was always so nice. Even on days that I didn’t want to do more schoolwork and didn’t want tutoring she made it fun. She helped me keep track of my assignments so that I would remember to turn them in. She helped me and then when I would understand something, she would expect me to do more myself, but always guiding me until I understood the information. When I would get good grades on assignments and tests, Mrs. Lindsey was always so proud of me and would celebrate my success with me! She was always so nice, kind, helpful. And when my dog wanted to be with us, she would love on him too! :)
